One of the more painful and serious injuries you can have is a burn. Treating burns has always been difficult because it involved using good skin from one area of your body to help heal the burned area. $17 Million Verdict in California Car accident case
Out of California from June 13th. Mr. Betts was severely injured when he was struck on the side of a highway while installing chains on his tires. He was struck in a pulloff designed just for pulling over and putting the chains on.
The Jury held the State of California and the driver liable. The driver 35% and the state 64%.

1.9 Million Verdict in Catholic Priest Abuse Case
A California jury returned a 1.9 million dollar verdict against the Oakland Diocese for two brothers.
We had taken on a number of priest abuse cases in the past. While we are not taking any more clients on, we do watch these kind of developments for our current clients.
